If your child is NEW to Wolf Creek Public Schools, please complete the "New Family Registration".  Be sure to choose the correct school year for the "NEW K-12 Student Registration Form".  This new student form is for students whose previous school was not a Wolf Creek school or program. 

***If your child is transferring from Iron Ridge INTERMEDIATE (grade 6) to Iron Ridge JUNIOR (grade 7) for the 2021-2022 school year, please DO NOT register on this NEW Student Registration form.  An email with further instructions will be sent in late August.

RETURNING Student Registration


If your child is a RETURNING Wolf Creek Public Schools student, please watch your email in late August/early September for instructions on completing a "Student Demographic Update" form. 

As always, if your email address, phone number or mailing address change at any time during the school year, please let the school office know right away by emailing

Once you receive the email notification in late August, you will be required to log into your Parent Portal account, scroll down to the bottom of the left-hand side menu and select School Engage.  Once School Engage opens, you will have "incomplete form(s)" for each of your Wolf Creek students. To complete these forms, please review the information on each page and make changes where needed. Complete each page, review the information and then select SUBMIT.

Pay Your School Fees Online

Step 1:

NOTE:  If you have not created a Parent Portal account, please skip to Step 3.

Step 2:  Sign in using your Username and Password.  Once PowerSchool opens, select "Student Fees" towards the bottom of the left menu.  This will open up Rycor and your student fee account.

Step 3: (If you do not have a Parent Portal Account set up) Register by selecting the "Create an Account" and follow the steps.  You must register a child when you create your account.  For this you will need each students ID and password, which can be accessed by going into the school or having the school mail it to you.

Step 4: Once you have created your account and added your students you can now login and access their profiles.
